      A General Enquiry

      Hi All.

      Signed up to SKY BB & everything seems to be going OK so far.

      I've received my router & have it fully set up (just using it as a home network hub at the minute) & I've got my letters detailing user name & password & according to the BT tracker my activiation day is 5th Oct..

      My questions are:

      1. Should I be able to log into the SKY BB portal now using the provided username & password (tried but had no joy)

      2. What will be my e-mail addy? (is this username@sky.com)

      3. What (if any) options are there for changing the e-mail addy & password?

      Sorry if these have been answered before but any feed back would be appreciated

      1. no, i couldnt log in until my activation date passed.
      2. it should be your username@sky.com , mines was.
      3. once you login to the sky portal you can create additional emails and change the passowrd.

      You can also set-up additional users on the main SKY website once you have registered with My Sky. It will ask for additional usernames and these will become email addresses once you are activated.

      I have set up 4 additional users and am still waiting for BT to catch up
