      Speed Issue

      Hi all

      My sky unlimited package recently would not sync. BT engineer came around today and sorted it out. Only problem is im now getting 2meg sync instead of my usual 4meg.

      Can someone look at these signal figures and tell me whether it could be better before I phone sky.

      I assume what has happened is you were capped to baseline/test settings (64kbps/64kbps) as part of troubleshooting the no-sync issue. The agent, correctly, uncapped it after that but probably put a pretty conservative cap on it. All it would require would be a call to sky 08442410515 - I assume you already have a ticket that's open with CST, so you'll be sorted pretty quick.

      Keep us updated. Probably looking at 4-5mbps down and 768-900kbps up.
