Hi - it's been a few days since I checked my statistics view the router setup page - and the values are exactly the same? is this normal?

You need to wait the full 10 days, post your stats again.

Where is your router plugged in? I ask as your upstream noise margin seems a bit low for the sync speed. Do you have a Test socket? If so plug it in there using only the cables supplied by Sky. Don't worry about upsetting DLM, one or two disconnections over the period will not effect it.

Note - When downloading always select the Custom install or you will end up with stuff you don't want.

I'm only a few days away from DLM compeltion - si I'll wait for that to complete, see the final stats and then go fro there. Thanks
