Moving from Unlimited to 2gb package?

I have two lines into the house. On one of them I've had Sky Unlimited LLU for a few years.

I recently had O2 LLU enabled on the other line (it's a better line) so I no longer need to be paying 15/month for Sky Broadband.

If I phone up to cancel I suspect they'll offer some sort of retention deal, but tbh I don't need 2 lots of unlimited broadband.

I would be interested in having the 2gb capped product simply so that if the other phone line or O2 go pear-shaped I have a temporary fallback.

What would you expect me to be offered in the circumstances?

I should add it's a BT line which I want to keep that way and I've no interest in SkyTalk or anything voice related.

      Thanks.

If you havent got SKY talk then it'll be 5/month for the 2gb package, depending on how long you've been a customer they may offer you a better deal.

Thanks for the reply. I wasn't sure how likely I am to be offered the 2gb product for free?

Realistically I don't want to be paying anything as I don't intend to use it at all, it's just nice as a fall back since the phone line's there.

If you have sky talk its free. They might offer you 3 months free but without sky talk the base package is 5
