is it worth me buying one of these to find out if the router is at fault?

Amazing!! the very latest Sky router, which very few have received yet and here it is on sale on eBay.

The problem with this one in particular is that it is probably not registered on Sky's data base, so it would not work 'out of the box'. As they are very new and have not been 'hacked' yet, they may be unusable.

If you are going to buy one, one of these would be a better bet at the moment.
Gateway items - Get great deals on Dg834g, LAN items on eBay UK!

I see it has ended, I hope you got it.
With a bit of luck you should be able to plug it in and connect. Remember to change the PSU.

We will hear from you when you get it.

Also remember, the seller may have been cut off so the router could be suspended and unusable on your line - and Sky won't re-enable it as you're not meant to sell routers on

Wow!! where is coming from, the moon?

Even if Sky have cut it of, the Sagems are fairly easy to return to standard firmware.

Yorkshire. The roads are pretty bad between Yorks and London.

I take it it was a typo as the postage should have been a fiver.
