      outputting 19meg getting 4 meg

      hi im set for 19.4 meg but i recently i noticed the speed seemed slow so i did a speedtest and getting around 4-5 meg and its the same on other speedtest sites am i getting capped or something at the exchange? whats wrong

      If you are using wireless, try changing the channel.

      no im using cable but i reset the router and its working now

      Possibly errors on the router. It should not happen but a build up of errors on some routers seem to slow them down. You had been running for over 33 days previously, which is a fair time. If you get into the habit of booting the router every week or so, it should be OK.
