      looks like im on gdmt god knows why as i was always on adsl2 before to get the 13Mb speed.

      Well if that's the case then get onto SKY and get it changed back!

      It looks like someone at Sky has been playing around with your connection. Call them, try to get through to the CST and have them return your line to ADSL2+. You will no doubt have to jump through hoops to get there but it will get you your old speed back.

      Now back at 12885 after a quick chat with a guy called gerard he got me back on adsl2 and immediately synced back at what i used to with an even better snr of 10 instead of 7.
      Delighted.
