Yeah - call up and get through to someone who isn't a complete moron. In all seriousness, call back and request the last agent's 'chordiant ID' and raise a complaint either through a manager or writing to the complaints address. People like that need re-trained, or even better, bloody sacked.
Even with the 'netstat' fob-off, if you're getting way BELOW 10 entries, then that denotes you have barely any bandwidth being used by the machine, so the tier 1 couldn't even read the script properly...
Call up and suggest you used to get a better speed and would like to be put through to CST. Tell tier 1 that you're in the test socket with a swapped filter and no extensions are in use. Hopefully you'll be passed to CST and can rule out line/bins/router issue from there.
