      Re: slow connection

Is your computer on IP address 192.168.0.9?
If so then check it for viruses using a good anti-virus such as MalwareBytes Anti-Malware.
If not then find out what is using that IP address and if it's not one of your devices then you have an intruder on your network.
Also post your full router stats including attenuation, noise margin and sync speed.

      Re: slow connection

Are you running a games server? Port 28960 is one used by Call of Duty. Have you openned any ports in the router?

Check what is using the IP by going into the router settings and clicking Attached Devices, this will show you which devices, together with their address and MAC address, that are connected to your PC.

Are you using wireless? Is it fully secure?

      Re: slow connection

Go to Start-Run-Type "cmd" without the quotes-Black window appears-type into that "ipconfig" without the quotes. The IP address should be shown under Local Area Connection.

      Re: slow connection

If you are not using wireless, turn it off in the router. Apart from the security aspect, the router will run cooler and perform better.

havent opened any ports only upnp
UPnP will automatically open the ports it needs.
