      Once the phone gets switched I dont think you'll be able to get it put back. You have to inform them before they move you onto the SVBN as once they've done it I doubt they have a way of putting it back. It's quite easy stopping something in the planning stage, but undoing it after its been done is a lot harder

      Thanks for the heads up but I let it go though hopefully will not be too bad and as long as I get over 10mb DL it's not going to be too bad.

      Contacted sky unlimited broadband and stats are back to normal much better
