      Thanks for the replies guy's.

I have sent several e-mails to Eclipse pointing out that they still advertise migration, and that in the Eclipse charter there is no mention of 'alternate providers' not offering migration. I have also threatened going to Ofcom but each time get a pre scripted e-mail saying that they use alternate providers and that they don't offer migration but they are working on a solution and Ofcom are aware of this.
I sent them a final e-mail asking for a cease and said that I refuse to be held 'prisoner' any longer.
I perhaps did not make my original post clear, I still have the BAND number but after all the above actions the 21 days have been and gone, so will this BAND number still be active Do I need to wait till the cease has been activated before I re apply for Sky broadband

As said above the sooner Ofcom sort out Migration problems the better as in my case the end user is held prisoner.

      All the best
      Steve

If you have a BAND No call SkyBB up and explain to them whats going on and they may still accept it

      Good luck
      Ray

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
