Those stats are a fair bit healthier (Higher Sync and higher noise margin).
To get the best out of your connection you should fit a filtered faceplate onto your master socket, you'll earn more stability and a bit more speed. Your attenuation should allow for a bit more speed but I doubt you'll be able to get BT out to do a proper check of the line over broadband speed.
As for if you come across the traffic shaping problems mentioned by steve the best non-LLU ISP to avoid those is PlusNet.

Steve irrespective of traffic shaping his stats are better from the test socket which still indicates issues with internal wiring. My advice isnt neccessarily to be taken specifically for SKY connect only but for any ISP used on the line.
I would certainly agree that the traffic shaping on connect is horrendous and have given a recommendation on an ISP that doesnt do it badly in my previous post

      Re: Sky and BT HELL!

The stats are all over the place though, which makes me think the wiring isn't the problem.

I'd been plugged into the test socket for days and then the router began to give ever more slower downstream speeds so I moved to the Master socket and the speed went up. I then moved it to a downstairs extension which proved to be the fastest and the most stable. It goes like this where one of the three outperforms the others.

      No consistency at all!

Well saying that then yes there is a line problem or your router is faulty then. Do you have a spare router to test it with?
