Question Switching additional users to a new account

My son is currently an additional user on my Sky e-mail account but is moving into his own home and now has his own account but with a different e-mail address.

Can he use his current e-mail address as an additonal user on his own account if I delete him as an additional user on my account or do we need to get Sky involved?

You are best off leaving the account as it is, if you remove it from your Mysky then there is no guarantee he will be able to get it back for himself.

There is a delay for the account to be completely deleted if you want to delete it and then allow him to readd it. It is best to just keep them seperate as others have suggested however if you want to do it then I would recommend phoning up sky and asking them if they can do it for you.

Sky wont help with that issue, mostly because it involves two different Sky accounts, secondly because they probably have no idea how to even do it
