      Slow Speed - Sky Unlimited

      Hi all.

      I'm a having a few issues with my connection. I'm wondering if my connection might be capped by DLM (Though it has been over 10days), but before i go calling customer services i wanted to see what everyone thought on here.

      My stats are:

      System Up Time: 283:20:45

      Yes, you are currently capped.

      10 days is just an average, it can take longer and may have not started for 3 days.

      A call to Sky should sort it out for you.

      Can take anything up to 2 weeks to establish a stable line access speed.

      Mine didn't take 10 days.

      Also, if it's still slow, call sky. We were capped on 9mb but now we have 20mb. We just mentioned that we were on 16mb on talktalk and sky sorted it out

      This indicates that your router has not resynced for over 5 days. This suggests that DLM has finished with your line. Try resyncing your router by switching off the power for a minute then switch it on again. If your speed does not rise substantially, call Sky and ask them to configure your line manually as DLM has left the speed low.
