      Broadband Problems PLEASE HELP!!!

      Hi all

      My family have had sky broadband for around 2/3 years now without any problem till about a month ago when it went VERY slow around the same time we had noisy phone lines and an alarm that went off at 5.45am every morning (both which have been fixed) however the internet is still very slow, though I am the only one who its effecting as I use it for Xbox Live, Social Networking, Sky Player etc.
      I am going to post my stats to see if there is anything stand out and any advice on how to fix it would be a treat .

      If you have a noisy line I would suggest getting sky or BT to run some test on your line to see if there is a fault and if there is you will have to get someone to come and fix your line. Although don't take my answer as a final answer because there are more experienced people on the forums than me.

      Your line has been left capped due to the line fault you had previously. A call to sky (08442410515) should have you uncapped and with a conservative guess I'd say you'd end up with around 5-7mbps or thereabouts.
