I think I've got my connection better, I messed around with the firewall rules.
Its nothing to do with your firewall, its sky connect.
How many times do we have to say it.

Yeah the slowness is (because I'm on connect). But I've changed the firewall rules and I don't have to restart my browser as often because of pages hangin

right so its not a 20kb packet per millisecond then, you are just on here making up figures/theories again. 20kb a millisecond would mean 20mb a second, i have 50mb fibre optic broadband and i can download at a max of 6mbps.

You will need to endlessly repeat it, and you will still get a "yes, but...." argument back at you.

Just the kind of call I love to get. Moan, moan, whinge, complain, and nothing you suggest will get a positive reaction.

Might as well give up. The connect package from sky is pretty poor. Some people get a better, faster connection on it than others. If anyone has it and doesn't want it, go elsewhere. End of.

Hi read the threads on the connect package also the connect T&Cs on line gaming is no good for the connect package. As already been said. There are to many connect Customer for the amount of bandwidth Sky have purchased and Sky will not be purchasing any more. That is the latest information. No one can tell what is going to happen in the future with the connect package. Without you doing a Bt Speed test Bt Updated Speed Tester and showing the results as Faust has done also show your post code either by the name of your exchange or the numbers of the code in your next post and as this forum is to help ask away
