Forgive my ignorance, but I followed the instructions from the opendns website, but there is nowhere to input the DNS addresses in the Router

I believe that the DNS changing page in the Sky router is removed, since it's on the page with your unique login info. Flashing your firmware to the original netgear sould restore the page, then you should be able to edit the DNS settings.

Cheers for that. Im not to worried at the moment although I may look into it if i find other problems.
In the meantime I called sky & the assistant said that they do have a few issues with their DNS servers, with no estimated date of rectification

Damm the only chance to fix this problem is by flashing the router..not a safe method is it.
So is what Sky Support saying is sit tight and wait for the housting site to update their ip range....how long is that gonna that?

The alternative is to put the DNS entries on your computer instead of using the ones provided to you from the router.
Thats what I've done..
