Sky will only suspend DLM if you ring up and get them to manually confige it, why do you want them to do this?

Removing DLM isn't really a good idea... Not unless its causing huge problems on you line.

I got them to remove DLM on my line as it was causing me multiple disconnections and since then I have had a rock solid connection again. I will probably have to go through it against when the upgrading to unlimited next month.

      Re: remove DLM

'Removing' DLM would mean that DLM was suspended on the line, meaning it will not interfere after an upgrade or when he line becomes unstable. Not many times will DLM be completely suspended - it will be suspended, the line reprofiled manually and then resumed which will then monitor the line for errors and such.

To answer the question - you can request DLM to be suspended from your line. I assume, however, that you mean how do you get the line reprofiled after DLM has left it a little lower than it should be, in which case just ring sky and have it manually configured.

      Re: remove DLM

Best to let it run the first time. If, as said, it's lower than you feel it should be then once finished call and have them reprofile it...
