      Post again after 10 days when DLM has finished, it should be higher by then.

      As long as your internal wiring setup is OK the line should settle on a speed closer to the 15~16Mbit mark.

      Make sure you've got your router in at the master socket, and don't use a telephone extension lead on the ADSL. It can also help to remove the ring wire; there's a tutorial here:

      A Dummies Guide to Removing the Ring Wire - Broadband Forums

      This will further help to improve the quality of your line and ensure DLM settles on the best possible speed. If you aren't upto around 15~16Mbit at the end of the 10 days repost your line stats and we can go from there...

      it should have gotten faster, looks like your going to be stuck at that speed for the next 5 days. If any change in speed please notify us if not after 10 day's are up give sky a ring and ask them to bump the speed up to 15mb or more, they will usually tell you what your line can handle and if your line can handle 15mb they will configure the speeds for you.

      phoned this mornong and was told they would reconfigure my line within 48hrs,was still running at 9.2 as from day 2
      now a happy bunny
