      Lightbulb Site access problems localised?

I've posted plenty about my site access problems and cancellation woes since signing up with SkyBB, but I have been doing a bit of research to try and get to the bottom of this.

In the area where I live, 3 other people who have all been activated have the same site access issues as me (ebay, msn, microsoft etc).

We are all on the same exchange.

Another person I know who lives close by, but is on a different exchange is not having any problems at all.

Seems kinda strange that 4 of us are all having access issues, and are on the same exchange, no?

Is it worth asking people to also include their exchange location in this info request thread? MSN, Ebay sites etc - more info required

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
