      Re: help

      1. Connect an ethernet cable between the router and laptop
      2. Open a browser
      3. Type 192.168.0.1 into the address bar and press enter
      4. Username = admin : Password = sky
      5. Click setup in the top left
      6. Change the channel from auto-06
      7. Apply in the bottom of the page

Remove ethernet cable, reconnect wirelessly and all should be well.

      Re: help

When you mention it says connected but 'no signal' - what do you mean, exactly? Is the signal poor from the 5 bars listed on the wireless network connection icon?

      What operating system is it?
