      Well, you're not capped and there is too much noise being produced from somewhere at the moment. The second best thing is the following:

      - Make sure every tel socket in the house has a filter plugged in directly into the socket.
      - Use the short grey dsl cable sky supplied to the router, with no extension cables.
      - Confirm no noise on the landline telephone.
      - If all of the above is fine, then unplug every device in the house connected to the telephone sockets and connect up to the master socket with a changed filter with the set-up: master socket > microfilter > router.

      Check the stats with simply the router connected into the master socket with a swapped filter and see if they have changed. If not, then the test socket is the next step required.

      The phone was not connected properly, but still the slow speeds :/

      Ok, the noise has now seemingly disappeared. Reboot the router and check if the downstream syncs higher.

      No problemos. Just keep your eye on it to make sure the downstream speed doesn't drop again.
