      How's this for a sickener !

I have been happily connected to Sky since the 14th with no problems apart from a missing wireless adaptor. After several calls I purchased my own and tried to cancel the adapter.
I sent 3 emails this last week and yesterday Sky replied by saying sorry for me cancelling Broadband and will be disconnected within 14 days !!!!! I immediately rang them and they said that they would try to retrieve the situation but failing that I would be reconnected immediately after the disconnection. No news however about the adapter.
After what has gone on,I am fearful of the outcome as I do not trust what they are saying to me. Anyone want a fully working router !!!!!!!!!!!!!LOL ?
      Any suggestions ?
