      Strange

Why is it that during the weekends I have 100% good connection and performance, and during the week all I get is disconnections?
I have now been on Sky Broadband for over four weeks and this seems to be the general pattern of things despite loads of calls and emails to the Helpline.

you could allways have a read of the tech forum AT YOUR OWN RISK to see what help is in there if any,
i personaly think with them stats your speed should be a bit higher

have you tried the test socket on your BT master socket..?

I tried that one but after undoing the two screws that hold the plate down,BT must of thought that it would be fun to stick the plate down...Never mind you cant win them all.

It would appear that your DC's must be occuring on the LAN side of your connection, as your router has maintained a WAN connection for close on 20 hours. Try updating your NIC drivers. Also consider disabling DHCP and assigning a static IP address to your NIC tu see if this alleviates your problem.
If you do this, remember to specify DNS server addresses.

I notice you are in Liverpool, what exchange are you on?
