      Dont worry too much,
Apparently, you will 2 receive letters from Sky detailing your login & activation date. Have you checked the BT tracker? https://www2.bt.com/btPortal/applica....ordertracking

You should get a welcome letter telling you your router has been ordered and have your username, password if you don't already have a Sky account with Mysky and then a letter telling you your activation date.

      Thats how mine went

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

By the time I ordered on Thursday, I was told the router would take 10 days. I asked about an activation date and was told "you are activated now" ......so I didn't bother to tax his brain further!!!

hope you have better luck than me.....
i signed up to sky connect on the 20th sept, recieved letter last week, was told the adsl would be migrated on 29th sept, but still awaiting router.

my line was migrated/upgraded yesterday (checked on the bt page), confirmed and order was closed.
phone sky about router they said they will TRY and send another one, so hopefully should receive this next week.
in the meantime i still have internet access. checked this morning was expecting no net access, but i do!!!!
how weird!!!! the thing is BT have done something cos i noticed the downstream connection speed is 8128 kbps (previously was on 2mb line, 2132kbps) checked this on my router control web page.
as far as i know im still connected to my old ISP, cos if i remove logon and password for my ISP (or type a incorrect password) i wont get internet. my router is the same model the one sky is providing (DG834gt) - so not too sure wots happening here, i should not be getting internet at all, i will wait for the sky's router and see.

If that the case it sounds to me like they have forgotten to disable (There is a technical name for it but I don't remember what it is) your old ISP when they did the switch over seems they do that quite a lot so you maybe lucky and still have it until your SkyBB router shows up.
