      It doesn't say congestion either!!!

      They do traffic manage, although as said it is much much better than the Sky Connect which also suffers from lack of capacity making it a double whammy.

      I don't dissagree that Idnet are a good ISP but I have found long ago not to stake all my reputation on an ISP, things change (Plusnet went through some hard times a few years ago and they were reportedly one of the best out there at the time).

      ISP's should be treated like any other service, when it's good it's good and when it's not then move to one that is better.

      hi. thanks. i should have done more research but pipex said they throttled but not as much as sky when i was with them. i wasn't trying to save money - i wanted to have everything with one provider - tv etc.

      i can't understand how mixed up sky is - i get so much post from them all contradictory.

      plusnet telephone me and back it up by letter.
