      See your other duplicate post.
Try not to double post it just causes confusion.

You say you get the same results from the Test socket. Is the downstream noise margin exactly the same. If you have extension phone sockets this would be unusual.

With your attenuation, which indicates the line length and condition, you would be lucky to get 4-5 Mb. 2-3+Mb would be more like it. Unless you have a better figure in your test socket, you are not going to get much more than you have now. A change of mode to G.DMT may improve it, but that is for later.

Try not to double post it just causes confusion.
      As has just been proved

      Rago

Your attenuation is very similar to mine, so if you sort out any wiring problems, you ought to achieve something similar to my stats:

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 4095 kbps 798 kbps
Line Attenuation 57.5 db 33.1 db
Noise Margin 3.9 db 12.0 db

(My noise margin is a healthier 7 to 8 during the day.) Take any advice offered by the regular contributors to this forum - they are very good, and seem to sort out most problems.
