OK, lets start again, you must do these tests and post the results if you want to sort out your problems.

1st, post your router stats from the setup you have now. (How to get your router statistics)

2nd, move the router to the TEST socket (How to test your ADSL in the Master Socket) and post these router stats.

Hopefully we should se a difference between the two so we can figure out what the problem is.

If you don't do these tests and post the results, you will just be wasting everyones time as nothing else will help for now so it is in your best interests to do so.

Yes. By not being ignorant to people taking their time to reply to help you and answer their questions. Honestly, I'm not trying to be harsh, but this is a complete waste of time for everyone replying to your threads.

      Re: Ridicolous

Your area will have a maximum speed of 20 Mb, just like all others that Sky have enabled. You are not going to get that as a0 you are too far from the exchange and b) you have a problem somewhere which is reducing your speed.

If you would just read the posts and do as requested, you would get on a bit better. eg, Where are these stats from?

      Re: Ridicolous

right, harty, listen carefully. i want you to reply to the following questions:

      1. do you have a test socket?
      2. if not, are you in the master socket?
      3. are you using an extension lead?
      4. how many other sockets do you have in the house?
      5. if you have more sockets, are they in use?
      6. if they are in use, what's plugged into them?
      7. if you have sockets in use, are you using filters on them all?
      8. can you remove ALL equipment, except the router, from the other sockets and reboot the router and post your stats again

Do us all a favour and reply to those questions - nothing else
