If sky are telling me its bt's fault with problems on the line and bt test the line and find no fault but you say they only test for voice, and they tell me to get back in touch with sky, then who the hell is gonna be responsible for this? Its like tennis between sky and bt!!!

So why did the guy from sky tell ME i had to phone bt and ask them to test the line
To fob you off of course! BTO charge a large amount for this sort of check, so it is always the last thing Sky will do.

@SOF006 The fault with your phone that you describe in your other thread is actually a good thing. It will give any decent engineer an idea what is wrong and make it easier to trace the fault.

Well thats good . I do hope you sort out your problem Si69, If not I hope you find a better ISP to change to in the near future, also try threatening them with the "Give me my MAC code" sentence it usually works.

Re: Not a happy bunny...what can i do?

Hi again, well ive just got back online and my speed is back to normal also its a little faster than it was before 800kbps upload speed, the download speed is the same as it was before my line started going strange, 3000kbps and above. Just thought you would like to know. Good luck with your problem.
