      If your noise margin remains stable around 13dbs, call Sky and ask them to reconfigure your line.

      Ok thanks,il do that now.Strange why all of a sudden it should happen after never ever being able to get more than 1.8 though?And why would it be capped?Thanks for the help though

      Possibly down to the 3 SFIs and 2 routers or whatever you've had in the past!!

      Sky will cap a line to keep it usable

      And now we will run dlm for 10 days to stabilize you line

      Call them now, ignore the DLM as you've been through BT 3 times or so already so it's more than a simple setup issue problem...
