      I do not worry about such things as libel they would have to prove it was not true first . I did however demand (in an email) that I was passed onto CST and I was, all seems well in broadband world again and the guy who called me was extremely apologetic and helpful.

      My faith is restored.... for now , normally the tech support past tier one and the odd tier one are fantastic, it seems I got them on a bad week!

      Actually, the onus is on you to prove what you said/published is true. Forum defamation is seen more so as slander according to the HC. Anyway, this is way off-topic!

      Glad the issue is sorted, anyway.
