Usage Monitor not worked since adding Sky Talk

I've been with Sky BB ages, and use the usage monitor regularly to track if I'm within my 10Gb.

On 2nd March I had Sky Talk activated. My Usage Monitor is now saying "last updated 2nd March" and hasn't worked since then.

Also the "service details" tab which used to say my connection speeds has said "we cannot get your details", again since the 2nd March.

Is this normal, should I just wait and see if it kicks back in, or do I need to contact Sky?

Re: Usage Monitor not worked since adding Sky Talk

I have the Sky Unlimited Broadband package and when the Usage Monitor recently started through My Sky, it justs says that my package is truly unlimited so will not display the details. However, the connection details feature has never worked for me - since it launched.

Re: Usage Monitor not worked since adding Sky Talk

Got a response from Sky, it was because I added Sky Talk and therefore the broadband switches to a different network. I wasn't aware of this..

Thank you for your email about your Sky Broadband data usage.

Firstly I would like to apologise for the difficulties you have experienced regarding our Sky Broadband usage monitoring tool. I am very sorry that you have not been able to access your usage management details and for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Having checked your account I note that on the date you specified in your email, your Sky Broadband service transferred to our SVBN network. SVBN is Sky's independant voice and broadband network. This migration took place as you have recently began to subscribe to our Sky Talk Line rental service. If we provide both telephony and broadband services you become an SVBN customer.

After a transfer of this kind, there can be some disruption to our reporting services. This disruption can take up to 10 working days to stabilize. According to our records this has now been completed and you should be able to view your usage details via our online tool without issue.
