      Probably not advisable at this stage. Unlike the old internal NTE5, there is no grey area, the XNTE belongs to your phone provider and messing about with it could land you in financial trouble should anything go wrong. If you suspect a problem or have noise on your voice line, call in your phone provider.

      I thought not, I'll keep it all above board. I'm going to contact Sky tomorrow and see what they have to say. Does anybody have any advice re. contacting Sky, like which no. or e-mail address to use or what best to say?

      I'll be sure to keep this thread updated when I hear anything.
