      Where to contact sky to improve my speeds?

      Hi

      Im currently recieving 13mb download sync speeds, and 700k upload, and ive recently moved my router to the main socket so i should recieve much better speeds, is there a way to ask sky to run tests on my line to improve it

      Post your router stats and we can see if there is any room for improvement. - How to get your router statistics

      Technical team 08442 411 411....speak to broadband tier 1 maybe. you'll probably get more help online and on here though

      Are these stats from the Test socket? If so you are getting as much as your external line will take. If they are not, please post them Details - How to test your ADSL in the Master Socket
