How long between letters (oh and no router)

I phoned Sky up on Tuesday 19th and gave them my MAC code and all my details were taken. On Monday 25th received my first letter but haven't yet received either the second one or indeed the router. According to the BT site my "date due" is Monday October 2nd - is this the actual activation date because if it is and nothing turns up tomorrow or Monday then I am going to be letter with no access to the net.

I ordered mine on 22nd an received 1st letter 2 days ago but I havent had anything else especially not a router.

BT order check say Ill be activated on 3rd so fingers crossed for an early next week delivery.

I really wish there was an easy answer but theres not it would seem that some members get them all quite quick and others seem to take a lot longer so all I can say is patience required

Try getting a Parceline consignment number from sky for the router...then entering the number at Parceline .com home page...mines over due for a tuesday 3rd Oct activation...apparently mine reads its located in Leicester not sure where the router depot is...but the guy from SkyCS said its meant to be going south not north and maybe another 5 day delay for a reorder...

Thats doesn't make any sense if its showing as in a depot and it has the correct address on it I would guess its on its way to where it belongs?

And I would guess Leicester would be the right place for it since the routers are all sent out from Rugby.

Cool Good Service from Sky so far

Pipex took nearly three weeks to provide MAC........
22/9 I gave MAC to Sky
      26/9 Router arrived
27/9 Both letters arrived at same time
3/10 Proposed transfer date from Pipex to Sky
Lets see what happens on the 3rd, but no complaints as so far so good.
