      Canselling sky bb

      Canselled sky bb last night i was told i would have to be resent a mac code i was sent last year that was never used and then phone back when i got it to cansell that one and they would then send me another one to use. What a carry on is this correct that they do this ? i thought the mac code exspires if you don't use it after 30 days ? so why not just send me another one ?

      If you don't use your MAC code, it expires after 30 days and then you would need to ask for another one.

      Ring again and request a MAC code, it sounds like the person you were speaking too didn't know what they were talking about.

      Hopefully, they didn't just cancel it as this will cause problems, never mention the word cancel when you wish to migrate.

      Thanks i phoned back and the person i spoke to gave me my new code over the phone so i can use it straight away he wasn't sure why i was told what i was last night anyway all is ok now though i hope.
