      Hi have a look at Sky`s T & Cs for the connect package Sky.com - Sky Products>Broadband>Terms and Conditions then scroll down to SKY BROADBAND CONNECT TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT POLICY.

      You did with the above statement. If you are "ruling it out" then you do not think my explination is right, hence you think it is wrong.

      For the sake of your broadband experience, I strongly suggest you switch to an alternative ISP, Plusnet use the same network as Sky Connect but manage it a lot better and have some deals on at the moment.
