      Yes, Sky TV have a special section who send memos to all the other sections telling them to screw up the broadband/phone of anyone who complains.

      They have another section, who are clairvoyants and know immediately someone is having problems with their phone/broadband and send out instructions to have it fixed before it is even reported.
      This your screw up you put it right or the cancellation still stands
      This is the Unofficial Skyuser forum and did not cause your problems and can do nothing to fix them other than offer advice. If you want to cancel you will have to ring Sky and ask to be put through to the Cancellation Dept. Good luck with your new ISP.

      Yeah, A wind up on Skys part. Every 1 Ive spoked to have stated Sky are crap & all have had problems since day 1.

      Considering this is a help forum, the're are not that many people on here complainging. in fact, most who do as requested and sort out THEIR end of the wiring are very happy with what they have.

      There are others like you who just bitch and moan and convince themselves they know better, usually they don't, you fall into this catagory

      You're the kind of customer I can't wait to pass to cancellations. You are given advice and totally ignore it, because its usually something so simple you will look like a twonk for not knowing, so you continue to maintain its Sky's fault that you don't know what you're doing.

      Do you seriously think any sleep will be lost over an unecessarily rude and difficult customer leaving when he will never be satisfied no matter what?

      People on here are usually very helpful from what I have seen, as are quite a lot of the Sky staff. If you choose to ignore advice, nobody can help you. Perhaps its a good idea you are off to another ISP. Lets see how long it is till they give you the exact same advice you seem to have had from both Sky and this forum. and you choose to ignore them as well.

      Nofews i've read this through and you still dont seem to understand it. In essence you have a Line fault caused by your internal wiring, i'd really love to see you get a BT Openreach engineer out and waste his time checking your line then stinging you for a callout charge as your wiring is at fault. BT's/Skys responsibility ends at the master socket and any wiring after that is your responsibility to sort out no ISP is going to send an engineer out to sort out your wiring after the master socket.
      I hope you understand now.
      You are already getting better speeds than several people I know who are stuck with 2mb you dont see them moaning about it either and some are paying more than 12.50/month for it. Really you should appreciate what you have when there are people worse off than yourself.

      To the OP, try sending a PM to Sky Broadband Support to see if they can advise?

      As for all the conspiracy theories, I would call your bluff and say that you are mistaken.

      People are trying to help you here, and the least you can do is accept it instead of taking the mickey.

      Normally there is nothing up with Sky Broadband unless you are on on Connect.

      As for Sky sucks, I 100% disagree with you.
