      This is beginning to remind me of a 2 Ronnies sketch concerning forkandles
      There should only be one slot, plug your filter/router into it and take the stats.

      so i just type 192.168.0.1 and go to maintenence and click show statistics

      If that is from your test socket, using NO extention cables and just a router plugged in - and you've tried more than one filter - then you've got an issue external from the house.

      However, as a precaution, do the other sockets in the house still have dial tone? If so, the wiring in the house is incorrect...

      Looking at your WAN uptime it appears your router has not resynced when you moved to the Test socket. Please leave it in the test socket, pull out the power plug for a minute then put it back in. Post your stats after doing that.
