As the original poster, I can happily say that I have not had any problems with RS for quite some time now.

I did have a problem with hotfile recently, but adding an s after http worked fine.

don't you think for nearly £100 a month that we should expect better service and the full service ?

If not that at least some kind of explanation through an e-mail , people who access my blog (remember wordpress is the same basic problem) can not see it through Sky, that is disgraceful

If that is the only solution available to us then it would seem very drastic and irrational to dump Sky for another ISP.

Even if it isn`t Sky`s fault or problem, I`m sure they have some considerable influence in getting this sorted out.

Something that they appear not to have expressed in any form whatsoever to this date.

The only help has been this forum, in fact, I go as far as to say, this forum is far more helpful than the muppets I speak to with foreign accents in the Help Centre of Sky.

thing is, how many people know and look at this forum ?

I do not care whose fault it is, easynet or ANO but we pay sky for the service ad are not getting it.

      Re: Are sky blocking rapidshare.com?

I agree with you, that is why I am giving them until the end of April to figure it out.

Toward the end of March I will request a MAC code. I have approx. 28 days to activate this to another ISP.

(I already have my eye on another ISP.)

If Sky hasn`t dealt with the problem, given that this was raised on 28-02-10 then to be quite frank with you........

I am justified in doing so without acting irrationally.

      @ liljak

Having posted the above comment, perhaps you would be better suited to another thread?

How about, What value can you expect Sky to provide for £100?

well actually my TV is not working properly, already posted on another thread on that

you know something strange as a customer I want to get the full service I pay for, failing that I expect customer services to be 'on the ball'

there will be likely Sky lose me, will they care I doubt t but no wonder companies re in trouble in this country if everyone has their opportunity without the virtual monopoly sky have

      Re: Are sky blocking rapidshare.com?

I completely understand where you are coming from, ianrobo

I felt the same way, when I encounterd a similar problem when i first subscribed to Sky.

Just make sure you are not jumping out of the preverbial frying pan into the fire.

So many people make this mistake through inexperience.

Hope things work out for both of us!
