      Still haven't got any login details and I got the router on 30th April !!!

      am in same position but i have no doubt they will email the password etc when they get round to it [think the trial is 2 years long and if your cisco is plugged in then the data will be getting collected already]if you don't hear from then by end of june then i'd maybe email them
