      Sky Broadband capped?

      Hello

      I joined Sky a few months back after moving in our new apartment, and after some trouble with download speeds (I believe I posted something about it on here at the time) but now it seems the download speeds have dropped massively

      I was getting around 13MBps but I've just checked the router status and it's gone all the way back down to 4MBps

      I can't see why they would have capped our Broadband, the both of us are working during the day and I may download the odd demo now and again for the PS3 or 360 but that's once a month if that

      Is it worth calling Sky over or will it fix itself? I've already tried to reset the router but without any sucess

      You need to post your router stats so we can see what's happened. How to get your router statistics

      You will not be capped. It is possible the Skydigi box is causing problems. Take your stats with it plugged in then unplug it and take them again. Remember the filter must be plugged into the filter first.
