I don't mean to hijack the thread but I have recently upgraded from the mid to the unlimited package, previously I had about 8096 dowload speed. I am about 1km from xchange, would you say the following was a fair result.

      10490 kbps 1112 kbps
Line Attenuation 37.0 db 20.8 db
Noise Margin 5.3 db 7.1 db

If you have a Test socket, plug in there and post your stats. Your speed could be a bit better and your noise margin higher.

My connection speed has gone up to 15323kbps now, I read on the sky website that after upgrading to a new package they start off your connection speed quite low and then check your line for the first 10 days to establish the best speed possible, and as I only upgraded 3 or 4 days ago that is most likely what is going on and the same with your connection as well.
