speeds after being upgraded to unlimited

Ive recently been upgraded to the unlimited package after going over my usage on the everyday package quite alot. Before I was upgraded my downstream connected speed used to be 9068kbps. But now i have been upgraded my connected download speed has only gone up to 12287kbps, this seems like a rather small increase after going from a 10mb package to 20mb, when i was getting almost the full speed on the 10mb package. As the crow flies I am only around 350 meters from the exchange. My stats now on the 20mb package are:

      Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 12287 kbps 796 kbps
Line Attenuation 18.0 db 10.8 db
Noise Margin 16.7 db 16.5 db

If DLM has finished on your line, phone Sky and ask them to manually configure your speed as DLM has left it low. You should get 18-19 Mb.
