      What would i say to Sky if i speak to them?

      15.02.2010 - 21.33

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
      Connection Speed 14499 kbps 442 kbps
      Line Attenuation 27.5 db 13.8 db
      Noise Margin 6.2 db 4.5 db

      For example why is my Noise Margin moving so much?

      All you can do is ask them to trouble shoot your line as it is dropping out and loosing speed.

      I think the only thing Sky will do for you is cap your line down until it stops throwing up errors. You could end up with a very low speed compared to what you have.You noise margin is moving because there is excess noise on your line. They may offer you a replacement router, which you should accept as there is an outside chance that the router is faulty.
