      Hi I think Isitme is refering to messages on your telephone
      yeah im with sky rental
      The line is still Bt as connect is a Bt re-badged max product you rent the line from Sky and Sky do the same from Bt

      erm if you mean like voice mail messages then no i dotn have any my phones just a standard phone

      i did ring them up the sky talk department they transfered me to higher people who then did a test on my line with everything unpluged including test socket exposed, they said it was ok might be soemthing to do with the exchange and my line or sonething he had a weird accent and was hard to understand.
      he said he is going to transfer my case to customer solutions team who will check the exchange said they ring me back tomorrow

      thank you steve it says no problems bee reported to them but might still be one if bt are not aware of it.
      might just wait it out untill they ring me back, making me want to move to virgin for BB

      Hi you have been escalated to CST they will run more tests on your line the exchange and at their connection and hopefully everything will be solved

      transfer my case to customer solutions team who will check the exchange said they ring me back tomorrow

      He is not on Connect. If he has been transferred to SVBN the test codes could be different, but I don't really know.

      Sky have a message system which is turned on by default. I think you Dial 1571 to access them.

      Hi Tom yes I realise after I have just read post I must be in lost Connect mode sorry about that pugwash Yes Tom sky do have 1571 for messages.
      I think you Dial 1571 to access them.
      If you have Sky talk and line rental

      so ringing 1571 will get me to the messages
      why would i have messages though and how is it related to the problems sorry abit confused

      Hi it will be about the test results. when ringing 1571 op will say how many messages you have and has. 3 options 1/ to listen to message again 2/ to save message 3/ to delete message. I think that is the order.
