Ring after 10:30pm and you should get through to CST in the UK.

Failing that, use the e-mail via the Sky website contact us page. Faults are easier to deal with when you are talking to someone though, less likely to get confusion.

Phone is better, but if you must, use the KANA Form

      Re: Very slow speeds

I can almost guarantee you that sky's line checker suggests your line should handle 4096kbps. If you end up near it it, then there is no issue, but if you end up nowhere near that, then expect BTO to visit your premises after you've received a replacement cpe.

      Re: Very slow speeds

I have emailed sky and they have reconfigured my line and i am now recieving 2450/650. I have located my master socket and if i remove the lower faceplate to plug my router directly into the test socket i have read that it will disconnect all of my internal wiring, can anyone clear this up?

If you remove the faceplate and your extensions are not deactivated, then your wiring is incorrect. If you have an NTE5 with extensions the best thing you can do is fit a filtered faceplate. This isolates the voice from the ADSL part of the line and cuts out interference.

These are my results after i have plugged my router straight into the test socket, also it seems as though sky has reset my max delay back to 32 i think it is.

      Re: Very slow speeds

Speedtests, especially from speedtest.net, are meaningless. The router stats are the only thing that show any change in your line.
