      It is just a different profile setting at their end, basically a push of a button for them to do and will not affect anything other that your broadband settings.

      No but you will need to speak to CST which can sometimes prove difficult to do.

      Just tell them that you have a long line and require it to be swapped from the ADSL2 setting to G.dmt and hope they know what you are talking about.

      They will just apply it to your line, they will have this in front of them when they are doing the settings etc.
