So why can't I browse or stream YouTube videos between 4 and 12:30?

btw every other stream site works.

I'll post what the email said tomorrow.

It said it shouldn't affect browsing or streaming

Only downloading! This is what it says. There must actually be a difference between downloading and streaming and downloading webpages

You are on Sky Connect, everything is affected, it is way over capacity.

      Only option to move ISPs.

There are many, many threads that highlight this issue, you should read a few before you go.

Re: phoned sky about the shambolic speeds

He cannot get Unlimited, that is an LLU product, if he is on Sky Connect (a BT product) there is no other package he can get with Sky as they don't have their own equipment in the exchange.

Unless of course he is very lucky and they forgot to put him on LLU if it was installed after he joined but that is a slim hope.
