      Sky finally forcibly upgraded me

      Ok so after 3 months of massacring the 10gb limit of the everyday package i just noticed they have put me on the max unlimited package they dont seem to have run DLM just set me at 13mb,ish so although im pretty lucky i can get that kind of speed im wondering if it should be able to go any faster with these stats or is that about as fast as it will go.

      Connection Speed 13311 kbps 934 kbps
      Line Attenuation 34.0 db 20.1 db
      Noise Margin 6.4 db 8.0 db

      Those stats look about right to be honest.
      Doubt you will go much higher.

      You can try your testsocket, you might get a little more on the up

      thanks krysis just wanted to make sure it was about right im still in awe at 13mb for 10 a month bargain!

      for a attenuation of 34db, you shoud get 10-12Mb.

      You are already at 13Mb and have a NM of 6.4 which is below the target 6.9.

      You are pushing as much out of it as possible (but try the test socket as sggested, you need your attenuation to go down)

      no difference at all using the master socket so i guess il have to put up with 13mb im happy with that though a tenner a month for that speed and unlimited pretty good in my books

      just to clear this up.

      did you use the master socket or the test socket?
